No news but is that good news..?

As I write this we still have no date for reopening of pubs in the uk. Various dates and ideas are still being quoted in the newspapers but as yet nothing firm from the government. We are ready and waiting to reopen and are excited to greet you all back as soon as we are allowed. The takeaway service has been an overwhelming success and we are so grateful for all your orders small or large. Your support has been incredible and it really does give us hope for the future. The lockdown has allowed us to undertake jobs and tasks that we just wouldn’t be able to do if we were open so I guess every cloud has a silver lining. We do miss the buzz of the customers who over the 20 years we have been at The Weston Cross have become more like best friends and family. As soon as we have a clearer idea of reopening be sure I will let you all know. In the mean time keep safe and well. Kerry x
