Cool down with Ice cream 2nd June 2020

Wow this weather is fabulous, and we’ve been keeping cool with plenty of cold drinks and Ice cream in the garden. Our Ice cream supplier is back up and running so we have received plenty of fresh stock. They have just launched a Pimms ice cream which obviously we have had to sample a pot or two!!! I can confirm it is AMAZING.

We are proud to be stockists Hillbrooks Luxury Ice Cream. They have been our supplier for a couple of years now. Hillbrooks is located on a family farm, which is nestled within the beautiful area of the Malvern Hills, on the borders of Gloucestershire & Herefordshire.

Cows have grazed on their land and been a part of their family life for over 80 years. Despite many farmers now being forced to leave agriculture they made a commitment as a family to develop new ways of preserving an important part of the British countryside and a treasured way of living. Hillbrooks ice creams are all made from completely natural ingredients creating a distinctive and delicious taste.  All sorbets are 100% dairy free.  We are convinced that, one taste and you will be hooked!
